Welcome to Autodigilab (“Autodigilab, Inc.,” “Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of autodigilab.com, our web applications, APIs, browser extensions, integrations, and any related services (collectively, the “Services”). By accessing or using the Services, you (“User,” “you,” or “your”) agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
If you do not agree to these Terms, do not access or use the Services.

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to create an Account.
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to keep it updated.
You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for all activity under your Account. Notify us immediately at security@autodigilab.com of any unauthorized use.
Plans & Pricing – Details are available on the Site. We may modify plan features or fees with at least 30 days’ notice.
Billing Cycle – Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing term unless cancelled in your dashboard.
Payment Processing – Transactions are handled by third‑party processors (e.g., Stripe, PayPal). We never store full card numbers.
Refund Policy – You may request a refund within 7 calendar days of initial purchase. Renewals are non‑refundable.
Taxes – Prices exclude applicable taxes, which you are responsible for paying.
Autodigilab IP – The Services, underlying software, and all related trademarks are owned by Autodigilab or its licensors and are protected by intellectual‑property laws.
Limited License – We grant you a non‑exclusive, non‑transferable, revocable license to use the Services in accordance with these Terms.
Feedback – You grant us a worldwide, royalty‑free, irrevocable license to use suggestions or feedback you provide for any purpose.
Ownership – You retain ownership of User Content and, subject to Section 6, any AI Output generated through your prompts and data.
Rights Granted to Autodigilab – You grant us a worldwide license to host, process, and display User Content solely to provide and improve the Services.
Responsibility – You are solely responsible for ensuring your User Content and use of AI Output comply with all applicable laws and these Terms.
You agree not to:
Use the Services for unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent activities.
Generate or distribute content that is violent, harassing, defamatory, obscene, or infringing.
Attempt to reverse‑engineer, disable, or interfere with security‑related features.
Exceed usage limits, mine cryptocurrency, or conduct load‑testing without written consent.
Use automated scripts to create Accounts or harvest data.
Violation may result in suspension or termination without notice.
Integrations (e.g., Slack, Google Drive, Notion) are provided “as is.” Autodigilab has no control over and is not responsible for third‑party terms, privacy practices, or service availability. Your use is at your own risk.
Features labeled “Beta,” “Preview,” or similar are experimental and may be modified or discontinued at any time without notice. They are provided as‑is, without warranties, and may be subject to additional terms.
By You – Cancel at any time in your Account; access continues until the end of the billing cycle.
By Us – We may suspend or terminate your access immediately for violations of these Terms or if required by law.
Effect – Upon termination, your license ends and access to the Services (and Content stored therein) may be deleted after 30 days.
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AUTODIGILAB DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON‑INFRINGEMENT, AND ACCURACY OF DATA OR OUTPUT.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AUTODIGILAB, ITS OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, OR AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL. TOTAL LIABILITY UNDER THESE TERMS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNTS PAID BY YOU TO AUTODIGILAB IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Autodigilab and its affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your: (a) use of the Services; (b) violation of these Terms; or (c) infringement of any intellectual‑property or other right of any person or entity.

Informal Resolution – Contact us at legal@autodigilab.com to resolve any dispute informally within 30 days.
Binding Arbitration – If not resolved, disputes shall be finally settled by confidential arbitration under the JAMS Rules in New York City, NY, USA.
Class‑Action Waiver – You and Autodigilab agree to bring claims individually, not as plaintiffs or class members in any class or representative action.
Exclusions – Either party may seek injunctive relief in court for misuse of intellectual property or breach of confidentiality.
These Terms and any disputes are governed by the laws of the State of New York, USA, without regard to conflict‑of‑law principles. The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods does not apply.
We may update these Terms for legal, regulatory, or operational reasons. We will post the revised Terms with a new “Last Updated” date and, for material changes, provide 30 days’ prior notice via email or in‑app notification. Continued use of the Services after such changes constitutes acceptance.
