  1. Good‑Faith Requirement – Refunds are intended for genuine cases of dissatisfaction or accidental purchase. Abuse of this policy may lead to account suspension.

  2. Payment Processor Limits – Refunds can only be issued to the original payment method (e.g., credit card, PayPal). We cannot send funds to a different card or bank.

  3. Currency Fluctuations – All refunds are processed in the original currency. Exchange‑rate differences and bank fees are outside our control.

  3. Click Request Refund next to the relevant transaction.

  4. Complete the short form indicating the reason for your request.

Refunds approved for PayPal accounts may appear instantly once processed. For credit‑card refunds, allow one complete billing cycle for the credit to appear.
