This Refund Policy applies to all purchases made directly through autodigilab.com or any Autodigilab‑branded application, including:
Paid subscription plans (monthly or annual)
One‑time template packs, workflow files, or add‑ons
Professional implementation or training services
Good‑Faith Requirement – Refunds are intended for genuine cases of dissatisfaction or accidental purchase. Abuse of this policy may lead to account suspension.
Payment Processor Limits – Refunds can only be issued to the original payment method (e.g., credit card, PayPal). We cannot send funds to a different card or bank.
Currency Fluctuations – All refunds are processed in the original currency. Exchange‑rate differences and bank fees are outside our control.

Example: If you purchase an annual plan on 1 March and request a refund on or before 15 March, you will receive a full refund. Requests on 16 March or later will be declined unless mandated by local law.

Non‑Refundable Items – Assets downloaded more than three (3) times, customized template files, or any item marked “Final Sale” at checkout
License Revocation – Upon refund, your license to use the refunded item is terminated and you must delete all associated files.

All service agreements contain specific milestone and acceptance criteria; those terms govern in case of conflict.
Promotional credits have no cash value and are not refundable or transferable.
If a purchase made with a promo code is refunded, the promo code is considered redeemed and will not be reissued.

Navigate to Account → Billing → Manage Plan.
Click Request Refund next to the relevant transaction.
Complete the short form indicating the reason for your request.
Submit the request. You’ll receive an automated email confirmation.
Alternatively, email billing@autodigilab.com with:
Full name and account email
Order ID or invoice number
Date of purchase
Reason for refund
Review: 2 business days
Approval / Decline Notice: Sent via email
Refund Processing: 3–10 business days (subject to your bank or card issuer)
Refunds approved for PayPal accounts may appear instantly once processed. For credit‑card refunds, allow one complete billing cycle for the credit to appear.
Initiating a chargeback without first contacting Autodigilab may result in:
Immediate account suspension
Loss of access to purchased products and future updates
Collection of chargeback fees (imposed by processors)
